Writing the Memory of the City assembles 15 Berlin based artist with a mutual background
in graffiti. Matthias Hübner, Thomas Wiczak and Markus Mai, the author of previous book
Writing - Urban Calligraphy and Beyond, they digged deeper into the works and thoughts
of the participating artists. This book can be seen as a reaction and further development
of the Writing-book. After meeting with the artists they going through tons of material
and set up a presentation that aimed to document every artists´ individual development
originating from what is widely known as street art and graffiti.
